The corporate equality index is the national benchmarking tool on corporate policies and practices related to LGBT employees. The report, released each fall, provides an in-depth analysis of employers and their policies. Businesses rated 100 percent are recognized as an HRC Best Place to Work. FINRA scored 90 out of 100 on the last report.
